I totally understand this feeling because I was addicted to it for 15 years.  Before the internet was a big deal I would get my “fix” from books and cassette courses.  The internet however made getting that fix practically intravenous.  Anytime you need a hit just go to the forums or check that junk email box you use to sign up for all those mailing lists and see what the latest offers are.  Practically everything is available for “instant download.”  Of course you buy the physical products too because that’s where they keep the real good information right?

If you’re an internet marketing enthusiast that’s fine with me, but this membership site probably isn’t for you.  I’m not going to offer you any shiny new strategies to help you get your fix.  I’m not going to sell you a million dollar pipe dream that looks good on paper.  I could.  I have a bunch of them.  It’s just not the type of membership site I wanted to create.

However if that’s what you’re looking for I will be more than happy to recommend some other products that I‘ve enjoyed over the years.  Some of them have even made me some money.

If you haven’t figured it out by now, I’m not looking for just anyone to join this membership site.  Most marketers that create membership sites do so purely as a profit strategy.  $297 a month is a lot easier to sell and a lot more profitable than a one time payment of $997.  If they put a cap on the number of members it’s only to create a sense of urgency in the enthusiasts reading their sales page.  In reality they want anyone willing to pay the money to join their membership site.

Don’t get me wrong.  I’m all for profit, and as an internet marketer, I respect the strategy.  And in case you are wondering I am going to charge you a respectable amount of money for access to this site.  However, profit wasn’t my primary motivator in creating this site and I‘m not looking for every marketing enthusiast and their mother to join this site.

Internet marketers are different than internet marketing enthusiasts.  Internet marketers approach internet marketing as a business.  They take the time to develop a plan and implement that plan, and they keep working that plan until it proves that it won’t be profitable any more.   They still research the new strategies, but they only spend time on the ones that will work with their existing plan.  If their current business is selling gardening info products, they’re not going to start setting up Adsense pages for the keyword “foreclosure” just because somebody made $100,000 doing that and it’s popular now.

I created this membership to build a community of internet marketers.  More specifically I want to build a community of internet marketers who are dedicated to making money, having fun, and finding out what kind of cool stuff they can pull off.
